Kiera Regan is originally from New York, where she began studying dance at the age of four, with tap, ballet and Irish dance. After moving across the river to New Jersey she added jazz, pointe lyrical, modern, acro, twirling and musical theater to her repertoire. Accomplished in many disciplines, she has achieved acclaim both as a dancer and choreographer, winning numerous competitive awards at the national level. She was an accomplished cheerleader for some years and has coached teams at the elementary and high school level. She has danced professionally with the Kennedy Dancers, a Jersey City based modern dance repertory company, and has appeared with them on television. She has also danced for the Carnival Cruise line, and was active in the Macy’s Tap-O-Mania program as a Dance Captain. She continues to study at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway in New York City. She currently performs with Smooth T and Company in a live vocal/dance 70’s review in the New York metropolitan area and has performed with them on a New York cable network. Kiera has worked as a dance teacher for 15 years at studios in New York and New Jersey.

Kindra Williams received her early training as both a dancer and as a USGA competitive gymnast in Texas. After training at Joffery Ballet and the North Carolina of the Arts, she danced with Ballet West, Shore Ballet, and the New Jersey Ballet. Ms. Kindra has also appeared on All My Children, in movies, music videos (Britneys Spears Circus, I Wanna Go Tour Video), concert dance productions, off-Broadway and regional music theater productions, and a three-year tour with Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Circus as their dance captain and acrobat. She has assisted many major choreographers with auditions as well as productions. She teaches all forms of dance throughout the tri-state area as well as traveling throughout the US teaching Master Classes. Ms. Kindra is on the gymnastics faculty of Chelsea Piers in NYC and has also taught Acrobatics and Tumbling to studio teachers as a faculty member of the prestigious Broadway Dance Center's Teacher Training Workshops. She is the artistic director of En L’air Aerial Dance Theatre and currently teaches, choreographs, judges, and performs across the country.

Maria Siconolfi is a dancer and Choreographer. She has been teaching dance for 15 years. Her dance education includes several years with the Vicky Simegiatos Dance Company and the Wagner College Theatre Department. She studied ballet, Pointe, jazz, flamenco, tap and modern. She is currently affiliated with several dance studio's in the tri-state area and was the Artistic Director of Starmaker Dance Studio on Staten Island. While at Starmaker, she developed the Company and Competition Program with the Director. Her students have won several first place titles in both regional and national competitions with Headliners, Showstopers and Dance Arts Plus. She also works as a judge for Dance Arts Plus and Metro Talent Competition. Her professional credits include performing in The Nutcracker with VSDC, Maggie in Brigadoon with Music Theatre North, along with roles in 42nd Street, My One and Only, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Annie Get Your Gun with Staten Island Civic Theatre. Maria is thrilled to be teaching at Star Essence Performing Arts Academy

From the very first moment she stepped into a dance studio, Miss. Jeanmarie realized her love of dance. Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. she attended the High School for the Creative and Performing Arts, where she studied drama and dance. She then attended DeSales Univeristy where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance. She is an experienced instructor in the areas of: Creative Movement, Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Jazz and Tap. In college, she was part of the ACTion Dance Touring Company, which traveled all over PA. performing and presenting workshops for children of all ages. It is here that she discovered her love for modern dance.

Prior to becoming a dance instructor, Miss Jeanmarie, as part of the ACTion dance touring company, performed professional works by: Charles Moulton (“Nine Person Precision Ball Passing) and The Parsons Dance Company with choreographer/dancer Robert Battle (“Sleep Study”).
As a performer in the ACDFA (American College Dance Festival Association), she appeared in the dance piece entitled, “Rowing”, that was featured in the Gala concert.

Miss. Jeanmarie also taught dance for 6 years at The Young Performers Theater Camp at the Annenberg Center in Philadelphia. As a prestigious, audition only camp, it offers children an opportunity to perfect their performing arts skills. In addition, she has been the production choreographer on many musicals for various Elementary Schools and High Schools in PA and NJ including: “Peter Pan”, “The Wizard of Oz,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Annie,” “Bye-Bye Birdie” and “Anything Goes.” Miss. Jeanmarie has also instructed children ages 4 months to 12 years in gymnastics and dance at The Little Gym in Cranford, NJ. Her favorite classes were the Mommy and Me and pre-school classes. In 2004, she became Program Director.


Having taught in several Dance Studio’s, Miss. Jeanmarie is proud to be entering her 8th year as an instructor at Star Essence Performing Arts Academy, where she can share her love of dance with children of all ages. One of her most cherished accomplishments is being a wife and mother.

Liz has worked professionally as a performer, dance instructor, and choreographer for the past 11 years. She was captain and assistant choreographer of the Rutgers University Dance Team who earned National Championship status televised On ESPN. She has performed regionally in “West Side Story” with the Virginia Opera and other endeavors include choreographer for the Knicks City Dancers, featured swing dance for Joe Lanteri’s “Zoot Suit Riot”, and back-up dancer for Pink in her NBA commercial. She has worked as promotional choreographer for Broadway’s ”42nd Street” and Off-Broadway’s “Fame”. Liz has performed in the off-Broadway show” The Thin Line” at Dance Theater Workshop in NYC. Liz is currently performing with the Metropolitan Opera’s version of “Romeo and Juliet”. Liz has choreographed and judged locally and nationally for many national Talent competitions. Liz Is also owner of Danczpros.com and is very proud of her choreography and music editing company. Liz takes extreme pride and passion in her work and hopes to positively impact as many people as she can through dance.

Ashley Eichbauer is originally from Florida and is a graduate of NYU with a BFA in Theatre and a BA in History. She studied musical theatre at CAP21 and film and TV at Stonestreet Studios. She was a dancer and dance captain at Busch Gardens in Virginia, danced with 98 Degrees and N'Sync at the Pro Bowl in Hawaii, and has performed with Neil Goldberg's Cirque. Stage credits include West Side Story and Grease at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre (FL), Maggie Anderson in Brigadoon at St. Bart's Players (NYC), Guys and Dolls at the Paper Mill Playhouse (NJ), and Tommy and Carousel at Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera. Ashley was the choreographer and lead dancer for the SUMO World Tour 2006. She has danced in industrials for Wishbone, Cirque Productions, and Joe Lanteri. Two seasons ago, Ashley was a semi-finalist for the FOX TV show, So You Think You Can Dance. Last summer, she filmed a movie choreographed by Hinton Battle, entitled The Great Observer. Ashley was the assistant choreographer for Baltimore's CenterStage production of A Little Night Music.” Currently she is dancing with the new modern-jazz company, The Chase Brock Experience. Ashley is on the faculty of NYU/CAP21, Peridance in NYC. She is also the Regional Ad Manager at Dancer Publishing.

Kassidy Fleisher a native of Texas, is the youngest of three girls growing up in a dancing family. She is an accomplished aerialist and dancer, performing off-Broadway, in several regional musical theatre productions, in festivals, and in the Astaire Awards, to name a few. Her Musical Theatre credits include: Oliver, Midsummer Nights Dream, West Side Story, Guys and Dolls, and Children of Eden. Her concert dance credits include Synthesis Dance Project, Synthesis Too, En L'Air Aerial Dance Theatre, and New York Performers' Project (NYPP). She has worked for choreographers including Michelle Assaf, Kelsea Kaplan, Tracie Stanfield, Rhonda Miller, Shea Sullivan, Richard Pierlon, Scott Weiss, and Josh Widick. She has performed at the Best of BDC, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, Danza (Tropea, Italy), International Dance Festival-NYC, and the World Dance Congress (Cyprus), to name a few. She has choreographed "Once Upon this Island" as well as for numerous studios. Kassidy has also appeared on television and in film. She currently teaches in the tri-state area and judges for several national performing arts competitions.
